Welcome to Clean Seats STL. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Clean Seats STL provides professional cleaning of car seats, strollers, and baby gear in the greater St. Louis, MO area. Services include Flexible Clean (scheduled pickup and drop-off) and Overnight Clean (porch pickup and morning return).
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are made through our Square scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely by Square and we do not store your payment information.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund or a service credit.
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
4. Drop-Off & Pickup
For Overnight Clean service, items must be placed on your front porch by 6:30 PM on the scheduled evening. Items will be returned by 9:00 AM the following morning. Clean Seats STL is not responsible for items left unattended outside.
5. Heavily Soiled Items
Items that are excessively soiled (including but not limited to mold, excessive bodily fluids, or hazardous materials) may incur an additional surcharge of $20 or, in extreme cases, may be refused. We will notify you before proceeding.
6. Manufacturer Guidelines
As a CPST-certified technician, we clean all items according to the manufacturer's specific care instructions. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or items that are not cleanable by manufacturer standards.
7. Liability
Clean Seats STL takes the utmost care with your items. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, color fading due to age, or items that are damaged due to manufacturer defects or improper prior use. We recommend photographing your items before drop-off.
8. Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (name, address, email, phone number). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment information is processed and stored by Square; we do not have access to your card details.
